Join the Dodge City Area Young Professionals for a Talk about it Tuesday on January 27th from noon - 1pm. Over lunch, Jessica L. Stoppel, associate attorney for Davis & McCann, P.A., will be be speaking about Estate Planning for Young Professionals.

She will cover some relatively easy actions that every young person should be making.  Youth isn’t a reason to put off things like making a will or executing a power of attorney, rather it should be seen as an opportunity to do some planning before life gets more complicated. Ms. Stoppel received her J.D. from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law in 2012.  She focuses her practice in the areas of Estate Planning, Family Business/ Small Business Succession Planning, Probate, Trust Administration, Real Estate Transactions and Elder Law.
