The 2023 National Beef Smokin’ Saddles Barbeque Contest is sanctioned by the Kansas City Barbeque Society (KCBS), Oklahoma Barbeque Society (OKBS), and the Rocky Mountain Barbeque Association (RMBBQA). This official cook-off is entering its 33rd year as the best BBQ contest in Southwest Kansas! Come see world famous Pitmasters compete for over $20,000 awarded in cash and prizes! Event Sponsors include, Wil Fischer Distributing of Dodge City & Hrencher Dental.
