When people see Miss Dodge City, she must generate a positive reaction for the organization. All of the constituencies she serves must look at her as a woman who ''is'' Miss Dodge City. She must represent the best of contemporary women between the ages of 17 – 24 in her personal appearance as well as in her dress, mannerisms and her demeanor within. The youth of our nation must find her as someone with whom they can relate. At the same time, she must present a professional image when called upon to meet with corporate sponsors, elected officials, and leaders in the For-Profit and Non-Profit communities. Her charisma and dynamic personality must come through in every encounter she has as Miss Dodge City. She must be a woman who possesses that ''it'' factor that everyone recognizes, but finds hard to describe.
