Description

The Santa Fe Depot, built in 1898, is the largest depot still standing in the State of Kansas. During the large cattle drives of the westward movement, the depot, the Harvey Hotel and El Vaquero Dining Room were a part of the famous front street of Dodge City. A docent will give you a guided tour and will give you the history of the building from the past to the present. Fee is $3 without lapel pin and no fee with a lapel pin during the festival.
