DESCRIPTION:Join us for a Holiday Arts & Crafts Show!\n\nThe show will run Friday through Sunday. \n\n\n\n*All federal\, state\, and local laws governing retail sales tax must be followed. Each vendor must comply with the rules and regulations. Failure to comply may result in expulsion from the event.\n\nDUE TO LOCATION ON USD443 PREMISES\, NO ALCOHOL OR WEAPON VENDORS ALLOWED.\n\n\n\n\n\nSet Up Hours:\n\nFriday\, November 4th \n\n11AM - 3PM\n\n\n\nShow Times:\n\nFriday\, November 4th\n\n3PM ? 7PM\n\n\n\nSaturday\, November 5th\n\n10AM ? 6PM\n\n\n\nSunday\, November 6th\n\n12PM ? 4PM\n\n\n\n\n\nShow Participants: \nCONDITIONS FOR SHOW PARTICIPANTS\n\n1.  NO ALCOHOL OR WEAPONS CAN BE SOLD AND/OR ON PREMISES.  \n\n2. This is not a juried show. \n\n3. We will email a booth map\,  booth number and other registration information to  you by October           21st\, 2022. \n\n4.  On-site demonstrations of your skills are greatly encouraged.\n\n5.  All display areas are INDOORS. \n\n6.  Registration is not complete until full payment is rendered. \n\n7.  All participants agree to remain open during show times. \n\n8.  Only one franchise is allowed at the show\, i.e. Pampered Chef\, Scentsy\, etc. (First come first serve.)      Not responsible for duplicate products if franchise /products are not given on registration form. \n\n9.  The building is secured each evening\, however we take no responsibility            \n\n     for lost or stolen items at any point throughout the show. \n\n10. Spaces are not guaranteed and are subject to change. \n\n11. Animals are NOT allowed. \n\n12. There is limited help with unloading and loading.  Vendors MUST unload \n\ncompletely before beginning to set up booth to make space for others.  At tear-down\, all items  must be ready to load when bringing vehicle to entrance. \n\n      (Unloading instructions will be sent at time of vendor map.)\n\n13.  We will only have 45 vendors on the gym floor (depending on booth size). Late registrations over        45 will have the option to still participate and be in the foyer or side room. \n\n    Placement will be determined based on registration date.
