There will be refreshments at start / finish and every 10 miles along the route. Choose a marked route\, with distances from 5 to 50 miles. Every rider must wear a helmet. Ride for fun and fitness\, not competition. There is no fee\, but donations to cover the cost of refreshments will be accepted.
