The 2023 National Beef Smokin’ Saddles Barbeque Contest is sanctioned by the Kansas City Barbeque Society (KCBS), Oklahoma Barbeque Society (OKBS), and the Rocky Mountain Barbeque Association (RMBBQA). Event Sponsors include, Wil Fischer Distributing of Dodge City & Hrencher Dental, Q-97, Z-98 and La Ke Buena.
